Q: Why do you require registration to use this tool?
For many years we had some tools like this available to anyone who wanted to use them. Unfortunately, quite a few other real estate agents decided that they liked our tools and used our web site. This was troublesome because our users were competing against these other agents' client to get some of the hottest properties and because it was costing us money to provide this information to these competitors. With the newest release of the website, we decided that it was best to require regisration to access the tools.

Q: Why is this tool so good?
It allows you to view relevant information in a number of different ways, including by map, by graph, and by tabular results. It also separates the most similar homes from the rest.

Q: Can these results be emailed?
If you want a PDF copy of the information, just email us and we will send you one.

Q: Can this tool be used on any address?
It should work very well within the western half of San Diego County. It won't work outside of the County.

Q: Can I run CMAs on addresses other than my home?
Yes, you can use it to analyze homes that are currently for sale. Please be selective on how you use it because it is expensive for us to operate due to the variety of resources that it calls upon.
